The Banner Chimes musical flagpole is offered in two models- the Premium, and Signature editions.  Both models are designed by the inventor Jay Dickinson.

The Premium edition is manufactured overseas per inventor specification, and then is inspected and packaged with any updated hardware here in the USA. This insures a high quality product with exceptional value.

Special features of this model are the very durable resin ornamental Ball topper, and the slim design of the clear sleeves, which enable a thinner sleeved banner to slide onto the pole than some earlier models.

The Premium edition is able to be Purchased Now online along with other USA made accessories.

The Banner Chimes musical flagpole has a durable construction with its aluminum pole, steel clips, and even water proof labels. All Banner Chimes have a 30 day limited warranty.

Owning the craftsmanship for the Banner Chimes means owning a product backed by service and conscientious design.  Imagine placing a wooden harp outside in the elements. It would buckle with the moisture, tip over in the wind, and probably have a bunch of popped strings. Your Banner Chimes was designed to withstand these conditions as long as they are not too extreme. Nevertheless, the outdoors is a brutal place to have any product. Despite all efforts the elements and constant motion to which this device is subjected will take its toll eventually. Some current owners properly maintaining their Banner Chimes have had them for three years, and have reported that they are working just fine. But, in general, left unattended  you can expect the Banner Chimes to get a little dirty looking after a season or two. You may also notice a softening of some tones. We offer three ways to beat the elements:

  • We have a low cost flat fee plan whereby we send out a mailing container with return postage for you to send us your Banner Chimes for service. The service includes  cleaning the residue from the inside of the clear sleeves (produced by the rubbing of these sleeves against the pole), and a "voicing" or aligning of the picks inside the pole to make them strike the strings optimally once again. These picks wear from their constant contact with the strings. This adjustment is similar to what is done on a harpsichord. You could time the maintenance so that you send the Banner Chimes out for service in the Late Fall, and have it fresh and ready-to-go in the Spring.  It's a great way to re-cycle your product and keep it working at its best! The cost of the plan is only $39.00. Contact Us via email or phone for complete details.

  • For the Do-it-yourself person looking to save some money, we will send out instructions to clean and voice the Banner Chimes as mentioned above FOR FREE. All that is required is a couple of screw drivers and about twenty minutes of your time. By doing this you could double the full functioning lifespan of your Banner Chimes.   Contact us via email or phone for this packet.

  • For the person that doesn't want to be bothered with either the process of sending out the pole or servicing it themselves, we offer some great incentives for purchasing multiple flagpoles. Instead of purchasing service plans, purchasing at wholesale prices up front could mean that each year or two, you  just swap a new pole that you have on hand for the old one for much less than you would have paid buying flagpoles one-by-one. What's better than having an extended warrantee? How about owning an extended supply of new poles for a comparable price!
