The Banner Chimes is truly a conversation piece. The tones of the Banner Chimes musical flagpole are often an unexpected surprise for the visitor at your front door or wherever the Banner Chimes is hung. Because the tones are played only when the flag changes position, the music will sound in a more intermittent way than that of wind chimes. For instance, when a breeze subsides, wind chimes will stop sounding, but the flag on the Banner Chimes flagpole changes from a horizontal to a vertical position. This change in position of the flag will then create a surprising flourish of music.

Almost any type of flag may be attached to the Banner Chimes musical flagpole. A clip system allows the Banner Chimes musical flagpole to hold flags up to three feet in width. Flags with sleeves (usually called Banners) work perfectly with this system, but, so do Flags with the traditional grommets on their corners.
