Flag with Grommets-

     Connect the grommet of the flag at the upper holes in the steel clips and secure to the sides with the thumb clips.

Banner with a Sleeve-

          Slip the banner on the pole and secure

     steel clips to the sides with the thumb clips.

 Favorite Fabric-

          Lay fabric over the sleeves, and

     secure the sides with the thumb clips.
